Visual scoring tool makes evaluating jobs easy
The Factor Evaluation System (FES) incorporates factor-specific electronic scoring sheets into the process of measuring a job. Jobs are added to a scoring sheet and then placed in the appropriate score relative to the factor definition and to each job.
Measurement profiles can be used to assign jobs to salary ranges
In SMS, market data and internal point scores can be used to create a regression-based payline from which salary structures can be developed. Each grade is associated with a salary range as well as an internal point range, and any pointed job can then be assigned to a grade.
