In the Job Documentation tool, you can maintain any number of Duties/Tasks or performance requirements for you jobs. Tasks can be added to the list and ranked in order of importance and organized by type of task.
Core competencies, for example, can be maintained separately from other job duties. This information can then be
accessed during the market pricing and salary planning process.
Quick-list view of applicable employees
Because of the structure of the SMS database, a list of employees populating each job can be easily accessed.
